Pearl Place Apartments

At first glance it looks good, but after moving in thinking I would leave behind a stressful living environment and getting the peace i needed, I realize the mistake I had made. First off, During the summer the place is unbearably hot without air conditioning and you must provide it yourself, but you aren't allowed to install it regardless if you have done so in the past. Secondly, The walls are really thin. Heavy footsteps above sound like stomping, eaves dropping on arguments (whether it's... your neighbor next door, below you, or above you) is as easy as sitting in your armchair in your living room, regardless if you want to hear it or not! Thirdly trying to get a hold of the property manager is like expecting a deaf man to hear you, they never answer during business hours, so you have to leave a voice mail, that says to leave a message and they will call back in 2 to 3 business days, to which they never call you back on. So with my experience they either got it but don't care or never looked at it in the first place.
