Walker Terrace

I live on a second story , very old historic building. It is a one bedroom, dining room,living room , bathroom and galley kitchen. Because it is very old , my ceilings are twelve feet in height. The apartment has been well maintained by my landlords, who by the way are absolutely wonderful. My unit overlooks congress street and the views because I have windows that measure 96 inches long, is amazing. I have well maintained hardwood floors throughout. Hot water is included in my rent, I pay... electric and I have natural gas for my heat source. Parking is included in my rent. My rent is 700.00 a month. I'm close to everything the Portland area has to offer. Many resturants museums , and the beautiful ocean. I live above my landlords flower shop, is always great to smell and see the beautiful flowers and plants they have to offer. My apartment also comes with a ghost, I see her long flowing dress float by me in my dining room and when I first moved into this apartment I don't think she wanted me here. Every night at exactly 2:00am I would hear what sounded like water pouring down my bedroom wall . This went on for about 6 weeks until I had alittle chat with her. Since them she's left me alone.
