North Campus Townhomes

My husband and I have spent 3 years living in North Campus Townhomes and absolutely love it. The owners are so responsive, easy to deal with when issues arise and so efficient at taking care of maintenance. They completely clean out units after they are vacated and make them new for each tenant. You can tell how much thought and care they put into maintaining the property. You definitely know who you are dealing with versus the typical staff at the larger complexes in the area. It has given me... so much peace of mind living here especially with my husband away on business a lot. I have never felt unsafe and appreciate the security measures taken with the meticulous care of the property and the very well lit parking lot. I absolutely loved this apartment complex when I first moved in. The landlords were super nice and would fix everything the day after you told them about it. When moving in it was very clean and organized, but moving out was where it all went down hill. You pay a security deposit for damages and cleaning when you move in which is around $450. When you move out you should be receiving most of it back if you leave the apartment in good condition. My landlord claimed that we left smoke damage to... the walls when they were the whitest walls I have even came in contact with. She had to sweep under the couch for us where she found dust and a few pieces of trash. She also had to clean out the little part in the washer machine where you put the laundry soap. Lastly, she charged us for the microwave as well as the installment, that was cracked on the outside even though it worked PERFECT and we dealt with the crack the whole school year. We finally got our deposit back and I received $65 back. Out of $450 only $65! We sent in a latter to refute the amount that was being returned and she claimed that she never got the letter and now ignores any phone call. Very unprofessional and we have spoken to other landlord and have shown pictures and they claim that they would have not charged us for any of it.
