Gas and water are paid by the building's management company, the tenant signs up for an account to find out the monthly amount paid for Gas + Water and then the tenant reimburses the owner for the monthly gas + water along with the monthly rent payment. There will be a late fee assessed by the owner to the tenant for any late utility reimbursements. The process is smooth and easy! The building has a HoA and the owner pays all the HoA dues i.e. the tenant does not pay for any HoA dues. The building has a large trash room at the parking level.
