618 South Main Apartments

Staff is always eager to help and assist with any problem that I have had. The coffee service is great for an after hours pick me up and saves me quite a bit of money vs Starbucks runs. The location is very convenient for walking in and around the University. This seems like a great place to live for any grad student seeking proximity to class as well as a good social experience with others.

Appreciate the gourmet coffee, beautiful lounges, Peloton bicycles and mostly the friendly people! I live in a studio but use the guest suites to host family/friends which makes it feel like I have a 2-bedroom when needed. And it's great for working remotely - there's zero noise transfer from other units, super fast wifi and a spacious conference room.

This is a great community, with very high and luxury finishes in a fun modern industrial decor. The property is basically a 10 minute walk from U of M Law, Ross Business School, and the Big House! Very nice team and maintenance takes care of everything! Love the pool and fitness center, but it’s not a party property, which is great.

I’ve genuinely loved living at 618 South Main. The location is hard to beat if you want to be close to downtown Ann Arbor without feeling disconnected from campus or the city. Everything is walkable, and the building itself feels modern, clean, and well maintained.

One of the biggest things for me has been how responsive and helpful the management team is. Maintenance requests get handled quickly, communication is clear, and the staff actually seems to care about residents instead of treating... you like a number.

The apartments are super quiet because of the concrete construction, which honestly makes a huge difference compared to a lot of other downtown buildings. The included high-speed fiber internet is also a massive bonus and has been incredibly reliable.

So incredibly expensive. Amenities are okay but very over advertised. Pool is frequently closed without explanation. Management is incompetent any problem you bring up they are unable to solve and only resolution they offer depends on the residents…parking is an extra $300 but the Main Street entrance is closed to left hand turns so I almost got T-boned coming home! When I talked to management they suggested I drive the other direction to pull into the garage. No notice, no guidance, no sign, no... heads up, nothing. Just drive the other way. Go out of your way while you’re already paying $300 to pull into a garage. Wow. I feel the management really doesn’t care about the residents anymore.
