WARNING! Do not live here if you are a University of Michigan student. The apartments are disgustingly dirty despite paying a "cleaning fee" and maintenance is horribly managed.

I lived here from 2014-2015 and it was pretty good. Balcony was a huge plus, and there was plenty of space. It's right off of campus, and not too far from a Blue Bus stop. Ample parking in the back as well if you have your own car. Kim was my landlady, and she was very nice and always professional.
There were a couple downsides, one is that the Nakamura house next door often throws loud parties. Also if you have a first floor apartment, there's a chance of flooding if it rains hard. While... it didn't happen to me personally, I had friends who lived in a basement apartment, and I remember at one point seeing half of the living room carpet soaked with water from the patio.
