I lived in Apartment 5 for two years and had a great experience. The location is very convenient, especially being close to campus, while still in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The apartment is a great value for the price, and the management team has been wonderful. Ali and Mike are both super responsive, kind, and helpful whenever anything comes up. Overall, I really enjoyed living here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place near campus.

Good location and value
Nice location about 15-20min walk from campus, but close to a Commuter North/South stop. Maintenance is very good with issues responded to quickly! The inclusion of multiple utilities and parking in rent saves a lot on costs.

Amazing lot
Great location as it is very close to the central campus, landlord is fast and very hands on as well. Had wonderful 2 years with no issues!
