Location Location Location

I give this apartment building a 4/5 because of mainly the location and the modern style of the apartments. I've found so far that Ann Arbor's monthly rent is pretty pricey compared to other college towns and cities, but this apartment is in such a prime location it's insane! The apartments are a little on the more compact side for the rent price but the location right at State and Washington trumps the apartment space. It is so close to all city sites, shops, bars, etc. It makes being a… college student so easy.

Beautiful Apartment in Perfect Location

These apartments are the perfect location for everything downtown! It's directly above a CVS, a block from a Walgreens and a Starbucks, and within 5 minutes of all nightlife. It's also very close to U of M bus stops, so it's very easy to get to classes on North Campus. The management is attentive, and any maintenance needed was completed within the day. Although it's a little pricey, the perks definitely make up for it.
