Sparrow Wood Apartments

I lived in sparrow wood apartments for two years and while they seem okay at first, they are noisy and very poorly maintained. I never personally felt unsafe, but there were drug dealers in my building and sketchy people were always parking in my spot. When I first moved in I was told that the balcony which had paint peeling off would be power washed and painted as soon as it got warmer. Half way through the summer they finally came out and painted, without even bothering to so much as sweep off... the balcony. They painted over dirt, dead leaves and a couple of coins. This resulted in the paint promptly flaking off again. They take the same lazy approach with all issues. My apartment flooded more than once, but they refused to replace the soaking wet carpet/drywall/insulation. The second flooding issue I had to call several times just to get someone to clean the moldy carpet that they refused to replace. Maintenance was nice enough and typically quick to respond to emergency issues, but they took as many shortcuts as possible.
