Concerns are not addressed in a professional manner. Denial and blame are the first thing the staff resorts to which is sad because I loved it when I first moved in then it went extremely downhill and keeps getting worse. Definitely a scam

Nice place, in unit washers and dryers are a life saver, and parking is very easy. The snack market being open 24/7 is very nice too, late night snacks are very easy and cheap

My overall resident experience has been great. The amenities are well maintained and really convenient, and the staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful whenever I need anything.

As I continuously lived until the 2nd semester, I felt disappointment how noise can be heard so easily from indoor to indoor(room to room, floor by floor, etc). I sometimes faced inconvenience with irregular schedule changes from shuttle; yet they update those and notice us. The staffs here were showing willingness to help us, which I still appreciate.

This place is great! They have a huge selection of all kinds of instruments, a beautiful show room, and the most friendly staff I’ve encountered in a long time. I got a better deal than I was in expecting on an electric piano. I’ll definitely be back!”
