I wish management were better, but in three months there have been three managers, and none of them communicated properly, so we repeatedly got calls and had to fix things that were not correct with the transfer. Currently, they are avoiding responding to us.

I love my room and the freedom it gives me but I wish that things like maintenance requests would be done in a timely manner. My roommates and I moved in with the house barely cleaned. On top of that our AC did not and still doesn’t work.

I moved in about a month ago from today, and it's been mostly good so far. My roommates are nice and there aren't any conflicts. However, my key fob doesn't work to get into the clubhouse when it is locked, and the shuttles are very inconsistent sometimes.

a little unorganized but love my apartment. the workers sometimes have an attitude but the bus drivers are always nice. i like when they do fun events like the free chick fil a one morning

The apartment itself is nice, but the location can make it feel a little isolating. It’s pretty far from campus, and getting around without a car can be a hassle. The shuttles are decent if you time them well, but missing one can make the distance feel a lot worse.

When we first moved in, the apartment unfortunately hadn’t been cleaned properly, which was disappointing. Overall, it’s not the best place I’ve lived, but it’s definitely not the worst either. There are some things to appreciate,… but I think the distance and little inconveniences make it harder to fully enjoy.
