The house interior and the neighborhood is nice which is what makes it a nice place to live, but the staff was not helpful in terms of understanding the residents' requests and the team was very fixated on making me sign the lease without being fully aware of their own policies.

My experience so far is good, the staff is very friendly and kind as well as the residents. The housing is very spacious and I enjoy having my own room and bathroom. There is a lot of privacy as well as freedom to do a lot of things. I also enjoy the amentities, the pool and the gym are especially exciting since they are very close to where I live and are always open. The pool and the main club house is great for hang outs with my friends, family and even roommates.

inconsistent shuttle system that often leaves people stranded on campus and doesn’t run late/on weekends. also ridiculously high electric bills and lied about a promo when i signed my lease

Hi Ethan, our shuttle tracker is live 24/7 and shows where and how many shuttles are running. Also, you did receive a promo when you signed, and it will be applied in July as your lease states it will.

Communication via email could be a bit better, but overall good experience so far! The entry door was originally not locking properly but they sent maintenance in a timely fashion, however, I'm still waiting for the project to be completely done. I'm very excited about the campus shuttle!

Other than my ceiling leaking and my fire alarm battery beeping (both were resolved in a timely manner), the amenities were excellent and my stay was good.
