Best and Affordable Apartments

I’ve lived here for 2 years and never had any problems or complaints. The apartments are great—affordable, comfortable, and in a very safe community. The management team is awesome too; they usually take care of any service request within 48 hours. The only thing is that this apartments doesn't have an option with 2 baths otherwise I would have stayed longer. I’d definitely recommend living here.

Truly a great place to live!

I loved living here so much that I ended up moving back!! Since I've been back, everything has been easy, leasing office and maintenance have been so helpful. It's great that there are 4 washers and 4 dryers available and your own storage unit in the basement. A massive pool and gym is great too! My cat and I are very happy here!!

Consider Auburn Hills Apt.

I have not experienced any problems with this apartment building. The Laundry room is always clean, the building itself is clean and maintained.. I can honestly say I feel safe as well. Its convenient to the highways, nearby to stores and some restaurants as well.

They will not call you back

These apartments look really nice and I have heard good things about the area. I tried calling this apartment complex multiple times with no luck in getting a hold of anyone to find out information on renting an apartment. I left a voicemail three different times, each about a week apart, but no one ever called me back. I also tried calling them a few times between my voicemails but with no luck. It's too bad because these apartments look nice. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up in case you… were thinking of renting here.

DON'T TRUST

I lived here for 2 years and had relatively no issues. However, upon moving out I was charged for not disposing my trash properly! All receptors were filled to capacity with garbage and old carpet. I could not put the items into the receptors due to this issue and therefore had to leave large items on the sides. When I questioned why part of my security deposit was not refunded Kate told me it was because of the disposal of my trash. I explained that there was no where to put it because all… of the receptors were filled to capacity, she explained that upon "move out" days, they encourage their tenants to plan it around trash days!!! I have to work and cannot possibly plan my schedule around their "trash days". Also, the trash had been filled like this for over 5 days!
I have read the other reviews about how lame excuses are made in order for them to keep your security deposits, it is so TRUE!!!
If you live or move here, when you move out, don't plan on getting all of your deposit back!
