Beautiful Apartments - Poorly Maintained

We currently have a beautiful spacious apartment with a screened in porch. Since the property was bought in December maintenance has been neglecting communal and outdoor spaces. Online payment options are unavailable anymore. The pool hasn't been open in three years. Sidewalks and porches are not serviced during the winter and it takes months to get answers from management.

Forest Hills Apartments

Luxury garden apartments. Large 20 foot by 10 foot screened balcony. Largest personal balcony on an apartment in Battle Creek. Centrally located in Lakeview, 3 miles from main highway, 2 miles to beautiful downtown. Four grocery stores, several malls and schools within 5 to 6 miles of here. Emaculate labdscaped grounds, heated pool, carports, snow removal, several laundry rooms. Central air, dishwasher, microwave. Everything to make life very comfortable.

Forest Hills Apartments

I love my apartment especially the enclosed porch that looks out to a courtyard that has a running fountain. The enclosed porch is more like an extension of the living room. The apartment is dated but I like that about it - gives it style. The area is located close to work, shops and restaurants with easy access to the interstate or trails/paths/park.
