Friendly staff and maintenance. Would recommend to anyone. Quiet, neighborly, well kept grounds and buildings.
Pets are welcome, your own washer/dryer, beautiful apartments.

Located only a few short blocks from Lakeview Square Mall, shopping centers, numerous restaurants, and near I-94 and M-66, a location better than this exists only in your imagination. There's need to drive across town for a few essentials, either, as... just about everything you could want is just a short distance from the front door that could be all yours. Restaurants, auto garages, doctors, dentists, jewelers and gas stations are all right around the corner. All of our apartment homes include a washer and dryer, central heat and air, a dishwasher and garbage disposal, and enough cabinet space that you won't ever again have to ask yourself "How am I going to fit all my groceries and dishes in the cupboards?" Feel free to bring your favorite four-legged companion, as well, as we are a pet-friendly community, and love seeing the pets with whom our residents share their homes. Don't take our word for it, though.

Great for the area
Minges Creek is a great community, it's quiet and in a safer part of town. The maintenance staff is quick with any issues and the refundable pet deposit is very reasonable. It is pricey but you get what you pay for.

Perfect Peace and Quiet
I've lived here for two years and I've loved every minute. It's quiet, the rent is reasonable, and I love the staff here. Unfortunately the rent goes up every year, but I'm really not complaining. Other than buying a house I'm not sure where else I would live in Battle Creek and have as many perks as I do.
