Does Not Honor Hold Fee/Reservations
I went through their background check and paid their $300 holding fee and received and email saying that "The holding fee ensures that the apartment you applied to will be reserved for you as of the move-in date you specified."
The apartment was listed as available on February 14th, 2026 and I did all of this in the first week of January 2026. On January 27th, I get a call saying that the apartment they were holding for me was "no longer available" due to the fact that the current tenant... decided last minute to extend their lease.
They stated they typically have around 2 weeks between move out and move in so that means they allow the tenants to alter their plans up to the last week of their lease. So the apartment complex is falsely advertising availability of apartments when they don't have any rule stating that a tenant must inform them of plans by a certain time frame.
I would not lease with this property as you cannot trust anything coming from their office.
