Their maitnence sucks, never responds to issues and if they do respond they half do anything. the office staff are rude to EVERYONE. and god forbid you push back on any of their nickle and diming fees or they will retaliate by eviciting you.

They show you a great apartment that u can not rent and give you an apartment that is not upgrade and leaks in 3 spots. Maintenance is non existence. Oh and by the way the come into your apartment without notice and make things worse than they were to begin with.

Aside from the dated appliances, horrible parking, the outsourced laundry (that you're responsible for contacting for repairs), and lackluster amenities (that are often closed down or missing vital components), the office staff and maintenance crew are about as useful as lead swim trunks. The office will send out mass email to tell you that building X is getting power washed, but you won't hear anything about any repairs you need unless you call them (forget the contact mail on the rental portal... . They won't respond). Then you get to hear how they're looking into updates, waiting on parts, or just got a corporate ok to replace things, but they don't know when that will be (expect another month). If you are forced to move here, I hope you like 90+ degree living spaces because it will take them all summer to get to repair your AC and it will be broken again by spring. Read More

Terrible management crew, I’ve called numerous times about the water leaking from the seals of my shower, the new windows they’ve installed are allowing water to get inside the apartment. My dishwasher has completely stopped working. Management gives you the runaround, I’ve put in numerous work orders. there’s a 2inch gap from the hallway into my apartment where my front door is. There’s trash everywhere, the bushes outside are overgrown onto the sidewalk. There’s never any parking,I can’t use... my fireplace due to management not wanting to hire a professional to clean out their chimneys. AC / HEAT doesn’t work, had to call numerously still was given the runaround. I had to buy a 600$ window AC to cool down a 700ish sq ft apartment. You are better off living in a corn field or in your car. Not worth the cheap cost of living. No AC in the summer, no one cares about your family here. Likely your car will be vandalized (this actually happened multiple times).
