So far i like it but i dont like how you get a violation for loud noise maintenance people be doing half as work , but i love the staff just need more maintenance people

They don't fix things around here I've been telling them I might have black holes in my apartment for 9 years and they have done nothing about it

It’s not all good but it isn’t all bad either! I guess I just feel like certain things are taken in a nonchalant manner almost as if a care isn’t given because it has no direct effect on management.

I love the floors and counter tops in my kitchen and bathroom.
I could do without the blinds, I'm more of a drapery lady.
I have a one bedroom and I appreciate it's size for my king bed. It fits nicely with room left over.

Mind your business
It was a decent place to live especially for the price. However, parking had became a major issue due to lack of respect from people who work. As far as maintenance I hope they finally got an actual team.
