Broken Promises and they haven't even opened yet

The initial move in date was November/December of 2024. So far, move in has been postponed numerous times. The latest date they have given is September 2025. When you go by the property there are rarely contractors and if there is, there are only a couple. For some reason they thought it was important to build the garages instead of completing the actual apartments themselves. My parents sold their place expecting a move in in April. Very inconvenient, very unprofessional and obviously doesn't... care about their residents and good customer service. I'm dreading management if we decide to still have my parents move there. As we wait for the latest date of move in, we will look for another place to go instead. Absolutely terrible.
