I recommend another place...save your money

Management sucks. Stephanie who works there is very rude. Ive lived with them for 2 years now. Each apartment we have moved into through them hasnt been cleaned. Our first apartment the doors were off the hinges, the blinds were recked, there was brown mold in the sink they didnt clean out. Our floors were so gross that our socks were black of just walking around the house within 5 minutes. Theres also mold growing on the ceiling of the bathrooms because the vents need to be cleaned. Our AC… doesnt work and they send maintence in but it never ends up fixed. (Love the maintence guys tho their great). The last thing that also needs to be replaced is the ovens. They dont regulate temperature; they are so old and need to be replaced.

The Rapids always has excellent rates and the location couldn't be more convenient! Management is always helpful and easy to work with and maintenance has always been prompt and efficient. I used their roommate matching option and made 3 best friends for life!

Nice places and awesome management!

I stayed in a newly renovated 4-bedroom. The full-size washer and dryer was awesome to have when you and three other people want to do laundry. Management and maintenance were always quick to respond and help. Stephanie is very helpful! Great place to stay!

Great Place to Live

3 bedroom apartments or "Riverbend" are great. this is my second year living in them! the management is always there when I need them, however sometimes I feel they aren't in the best mood (although you have to understand how many college students they're dealing with, I give them props!!). maintenance isn't always the best at announcing arrivals but it usually happens when I'm in class anyway. the 3 bedrooms have laundry in the apartment which is really helpful. very central location. pet… policy is a little expensive.
