Love it here!

This has been a wonderful place to call home, and I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed place to live.

Save Yourself

Many other apartments in the area that are priced better, CLEAN, have an in unit washer and dryer, and more updated. Ended our lease early because it was so awful. Rats and cockroaches that management did not care about.

Avoid this place?

AVOID THIS PLACE and anything managed by Friedman Real Estate!!

I had the unfortunate experience of living in a central unit at Brighton Glens for a year. The best thing I can say is that it made me get serious about buying my own house!

I’ve never had so many complaints about an apartment complex. I can't list them all!

Suppose the only thing you want from an expensive apartment is the location to downtown Brighton and granite countertops, and you don’t mind all the headaches this place… will give you, then by all means - sign that lease. Just don't say I didn’t warn you!

Save yourself

Do not even bother with Brighton Glens or Brighton Cove (same management). All this place has to offer is dog poop covered grass and beyond poor management. The units are very bland and overpriced. Overall, a very uncomfortable and poor experience.

Brighton Glens is overall a decent place to live

Brighton Glens is overall a decent place to live. I currently live here, and I have nice neighbors. It’s a peaceful place and I absolutely love my apartment. This apartment a safe community with a reasonable cost for living. It’s located in a nice area, very close to downtown, I-96 and highway 23. We had several minor maintenance issues and management was always quick to respond (almost always next-day). Staff is very friendly.
