Bed bugs and black mold

They always have bed bugs and black mold.the apartment I lived in there was black mold in the bathroom ceiling.

bad

they rent to liars they rent to people that have bugs so if you don't want bugs then i wouldn't rent from these apartments also thieves and they were reported to the manager and he does nothing about it so go to different apartments
