This beautiful apartment is in a "farm-house" comfortable building which is a former schoolhouse built in 1889. It has 4 apartments of various sizes. It is situated in a mostly single-family residential district in the Village of Caledonia on a street which dead ends into the stunning Caledonia Lakeside County Park. The apartment building is within a stone's throw of beautiful Emmons Lake, a wild, stream-fed fishing lake on which you can Kayak, rowboat or ice fish; and a very short walk to the gorgeous, very well-equipped County Park with multiple playgrounds, ball diamonds, lake frontage and access to the wonderful multiple-miles-long Paul Henry trail system.
The sparkling clean apartment is a beautiful mix of new and old located on the 1st floor. It has attractive variegated dark gray luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, including the bedrooms. The living room view is beautiful leafy trees, which are especially gorgeous in the fall and a partial view of the lake! It is not your typical cookie-cutter apartment building! It is unique and well-kept.

DETAILS:
The rent is $1425 plus $75 heat fee. The electric will be in your own name.
Rent includes water, sewer, garbage service and plowing. We do not have central air but you can have air conditioners in the side windows.

The apartment has approximately 800 square feet with brand new variegated luxury vinyl floors throughout, a large living room with a large set of triple windows plus more windows, and a large kitchen with a set of double windows, modern stainless steel appliances including a large microwave, tile backsplash, and lighting. There are closets or cupboards in every room. The bathroom has a linen closet. This apartment is on the main floor with only a few inches tall step up to the sidewalk entry. There is ample private parking.
The apartment house is located on the edge of town in the Village of Caledonia with a half-country and half-town feel. There are multiple trees surrounding the area. There is no garage. Off-road parking is free. There are no other complexes on our street. Walk, bike or golf-cart (yes, it is legal in Caledonia to use golf-carts) to the grocery store and restaurants. Uccello's and Brann's are a short drive. Ice cream and food restaurants are a short 1.5 blocks walk. There are multiple restaurants and quick-stops in Caledonia!

~There is an application fee of $35, which you pay for and fill out online. Ask us for instructions. You get the report back.
~Credit, background check, eviction and criminal reports are required before showings.
~Adults must have good credit (you don't have to have a lot of credit but must have no bad credit) with no bankruptcies, evictions or unpaid collections, and at least $4000 combined monthly income or be able to show ability to pay.
