$250 non refundable cleaning deposit due at lease signing.
$2,100 a month rent. Security deposit ($2,100 a month no animals/ $3,150 with animals.).
No laundry on site. Mackinaw City, Alanson or Cheboygan have laundromats.
This is a really peaceful setting on a great quiet lake.
Enjoy a day reading a book on the enclosed porch or go out on the lake fishing or swimming.
Paradise Lake is an ALL SPORT lake.
Ride your bike down to the marina and get an ice cream or take your boat or kayak over.
This cottage was built in the 1800's and needs to be treated carefully. Prefer tenants that appreciate the history will take care of it.
It has a lot of charm and is a very comfortable place to enjoy a Northern Michigan Summer!
