I could not be more pleased with my experience at Bavarian Village. From the moment I became a resident, the property has felt welcoming, well cared for, and truly community focused.
A special thank-you to our property manager, LJ, whose professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care for the residents are consistently evident. LJ does an outstanding job creating a positive, family-oriented environment where people feel valued and respected.
I would also like to recognize Jim, the... maintenance manager, for his hard work, attention to detail, and commitment to keeping the property in excellent condition. The grounds, buildings, and common areas are consistently well maintained, and any concerns are handled with care and professionalism.
The residents are friendly, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the overall sense of community makes Bavarian Village feel like home. It is clear that both LJ and Jim take great pride in the property and in the experience of everyone who lives here.
I am truly grateful to call Bavarian Village home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming, well-managed, and family-oriented community.

Very nice - well kept
In touring to compare competition, I visited to find I was glad that the area is out of my clientele's area. Professional and welcoming staff. Clean, attractive community. Fair prices for the area. Sizable apartments with many amenities. Definitely worth the visit if you are looking in the area.

Great place
I decided to drive through this community and stop into the office. It felt like being “up north”. When I went into the office, I was warmly greeted and found the women in the office to be very professional and she answered all my questions. She made me feel very comfortable. I don’t know what is going on with some of these other negative statements, but I don’t feel that way at all. Maybe they were disgruntled. I actually spoke with some residents that live in this community, and they had... nothing but good things to say about Management and Maintenance. I would definitely choose to live here.

DO NOT LIVE HERE
Ownership is stingy, management is unprofessional, and maintenance is rude and obnoxious. The owner will not rest until he has cut every corner. Management doesn't communicate with tenants about schedules or replacing appliances which you'd be lucky to get a replacement. Finally maintenance is the most rude ignorant obnoxious group of idiots you could imagine.
Seriously go anywhere else.

Ownership management and maintenance are all sub par.
Whether it is the owner being incredibly stingy, management being incredibly unprofessional, or maintenance being incredibly rude you will not be happy with the complex.
