Nope

If you’re considering paying extra for a “beachfront” apartment, think twice. For two years now, our beach has been unusable and covered in goose poop—so bad that we have to rake it ourselves for hours before guests come over. Despite multiple requests, the property manager has done nothing to resolve the issue. Meanwhile, he enjoys his pontoon and a cleaner beach elsewhere. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay a premium (over $400 extra/month!) for a space we’re too embarrassed to use or show to… guests. Totally disappointing and not what we were promised.

We are sorry the community beach did not match your expectations. That is not the lakefront experience we want for our residents, and having an unusable beach is frustrating — we hear you. Since last summer we have put in place shoreline-cleaning and… goose-management using anti-bird lasers and regular visits from trained border collies, so the experience you had will not occur again. We invite you to come back to Greens Lake Apartments to give our beach a second chance.

Worst place to live

Over price , reduction off water , furnace old 200$+ monthly heating bill, air conditioner old you feel like in sauna in the summer, Washer and dryer do not wash and dry, The using water from the veil and its going to destroy all your dishes and equipment , Fights and noise that its unbearable and hallways stink because dogs pee in them. I m lucky that I do not live there any more. Also the are going to increase your rent for a maximum amount every year.

If you feel your repair requests where ignored I would like to hear more about your experience, so we can properly address our communication and procedures in the future. You can reach me at 248-550-0308. Rent increases have been occurring across our region, and as expenses increase for landlords we are forced to pass a portion of these increases on to our Residents.

Maintenance Man and Landlord cannot be trusted

The maintenance man used to come in my home while I went to work, I could tell because things were moved or broken. Could smell his trail of cigarette smoke around my apartment. Don't live here unless you enjoy unwanted company.

Great Community

We lived here for four years and had a wonderful experience with the space, landlord, maintenance crew, neighbors etc etc. They were always quick to help and answer any questions, tend to maintenance needs, and they did it with a smile too.
