I love my home. It's a two bedroom with two bathrooms. I have tall ceilings, updated appliances and granite counters. It's perfect. The office is always available. The maintenance staff is on it - always. I swear sometimes I'll put in a work order, and someone will be over within the hour. It's great.

This place seems nice until you live here! The neighbors aren’t bad but the bugs and black mold is insane! I had black mold 2 months after I moved in and also red centipedes in my home along with black and clear spiders! They charge so many fees and one of them are pest control! There is no pest control here! I had to go purchase home defense spray just to keep my home safe!! Just run away it ain’t worth the money! They need to renovate these apartments and charge less without fees!! Don’t waste... your money they are too expensive without the proper care in your apartment!

Prices per month are outrageous. The heat and air don't work well. In the winter it was hard to keep my baby's nursery temperature up to even 68°. None of the utilities are included so all this extra energy you are using to make up for their poor insulation will come out of your pocket big time. I had maintenance come look at the nursery saying their must be something wrong with the vents. However no they said it was the windows were old but they wouldn't get to it until next spring. So... basically I was S.O.L.
Awful experience. Will tell everyone to avoid this place like the plague. If you are going to make people pay 3 times what a mortgage on a house is then you really shouldn't be renting our places that have such big flaws.

This community is an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. These are great apartments in a great area and everything is so beautiful that I feel like I am at a resort. The leasing office staff and maintenance team is extremely accommodating and friendly also. It could not be better located and is amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants and schools. It offeres amenities that most communities did not.

We have lived here one month, and there is black slime like substance coming out of the Water faucets and the shower-heads
We are planning to move out just after one month don’t put yourself in the position we are in please go find a better place.
