Beautiful community!

The outdoor salt water pool is just amazing and the icing on the cake for our new apartment. The community is so beautiful and our neighbors are so friendly. We are so happy to have found our apartment at Montclair.

Not worth the money

Besides the high rent, be prepared to spend a lot of your own money on maintenance. We had many bad experiences including maggots and flies coming into our garage from the outside wall and they refused to do anything about it. Don’t be fooled by the exterior, this alone is proof that the complex is not clean. All requests made for maintenance on appliances will be denied or cheaply fixed and only last a couple weeks. The storage space is also extremely limited.

We take great pride in our concierge maintenance management. Our apartment homes are all under 5 years old and are maintained meticulously. Most appliances are under warrantee and we are able to get the the manufacturer out for… repairs rather quickly. The individual responsibility of cleanliness for ones garage is not a management issue. Although we offer annual garbage cleaning for our residents, it is up to each person to continue to maintain their garage and garbage. Our apartments are the most spacious on the market ranging from 1,300 sq ft- 1800 sq ft, with one and two car garage options. We hope to hear from you personally so we can better assist you with your maintenance concerns to continue on the great reputation Moceri carries.

Horrible Experience

I paid almost $5,000 to get out of this place. Everything about it was horrible for me, so it is the best $5,000 I ever spent. My blood pressure dropped 20 points right after I moved. You will have to pay two and a half times the lease to end the nightmare that it is to live at Montclair, so do the math before you sign the lease.

BEWARE: DO NOT RENT

Hello!

Before you invest large sums of money into an overpriced, cheaply manufactured residence, please consider the following:

-Kitchen cabinets are made out of cardboard.
-Very cheap contractor primer on the walls.
-Very cheap insulation. Air drafts galore.
-You feel like you are living with your neighbors, that's how thin the walls are.
-Management treats their residents like inventory on a production line.

Please, do not fall for the pricing gimmicks. You will strongly regret it after… your disposition from the apartment. For the price you pay, you can invest in an asset with REAL return (i.e. HOUSE).
