    Very outdated apartment complex

    Peachtree Apartments is poorly managed, outdated, and feels unsafe. The intercom system is non-functional and appears to be there just for show. Stairwell doors either don’t lock or don’t close properly, allowing anyone easy access. Many of the windows are old and prone to leaking. Maintenance is extremely slow—requests can take weeks to be addressed.

    They charge for parking, yet the parking lot is in terrible condition, full of large potholes. The property manager is often frantic,    … unprofessional, and rude. Pieces of siding frequently fall off the building and are left scattered around outside. Trash is a constant issue, and there’s a clear lack of upkeep both inside and outside the property.

    While they’re quick to threaten eviction, they also make it extremely difficult for tenants to move out. Getting in contact with upper management is nearly impossible, and despite the lack of improvements, rent continues to increase.
