The Summit Apartments

Has been great aside from noisy neighbors, but that’s irrelevant . Pretty quiet and we get taken care of. Would recommend this place to anybody that was looking.

I recently moved into this apartment complex and have been really impressed so far. The maintenance team is quick, efficient, and does a great job keeping the property clean and well maintained. The office staff has been friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire move-in process, which made everything much less stressful. I also love the amenities and how well they’re taken care of. The location is another huge plus — it’s convenient, quiet, and close to everything I need.... I have said it and I will continue to say it, the summit apartment is the best value for money place to live in Coldwater, it is a clean, quiet and safe place, and a very professional office staff that helps you in everything you need. I feel very grateful to be part of this family at summit. That's why I will continue to renew my stay here with them.
