Consistent in keeping the property clean and staff provides a welcoming environment. I do wish there was more communication prior to Orkin inspections as there are some email reminders every now and then, but not regularly which can hinder important work zoom meeting without notice (which is perfectly understandable, as life is unpredictable at times).The handymen have always been polite and courteous when performing duties. Overall, not a bad place to live. :)

Noise is low except the cars honking. Overall grounds are kept very nice! There is always many people coming around to clean up. Communication has been smooth.
