The Summit Apartments

Everything is great, except for the parking situation at night; it is becoming impossible to find a spot. There are apartments with more than one car, and they park right near the building—I really don't know how they manage to get parking passes for two vehicles in the same lot. Honestly, I find it very unfair that—despite paying for a covered space—I can't get a spot close to the building, and end up having to park far away in the wee hours of the morning, rain and all.

It is very difficult to get a peaceful night's sleep, as it is very noisy! People above my constantly stomping around, people in the halls making loud phone calls and talking, kids screaming/crying....I had worried about dog barking, but they are the quietest of them all! People in their cars honking their horns, parking in the handicap spots to pick up or drop off people.... speeding thru the complex....it is total chaos here! I smell marijuana in the halls at times which makes my migraines... worse. I have lived in several complexes previously, and they have never been this noisy and people this disruptive and disrespectful of their surroundings. Read More

Overall grounds and Nicely kept and noise is low. Orkin and matinence tend to leave lights on and not lock front doors which is not okay. Especially leaving front doors unlocked. You would think the would lock them after they tell you the are coming in

Everything has been great besides the loud neighbors below me. Seems like everyone they are home they play karaoke or playing loud music as if a party is always going on

This is a very special community, it is a quiet, cozy and well-kept place close to all markets and shops and work centers, I definitely recommend it to everyone
