Have lived here a year. Glad to have the pool we enjoyed this summer. The maintenance it takes to keep ahead is done daily or weekly. Clean drives on the winter starts very early, ready for those leaving for work or just coming home . Most of all the apartment building in veryquiet

Maintenance has tentative when needed; however, cars speed throughout this complex-just this past Friday at 3pm, I witnessed at least 10 cars zooming in and out of the complex at high speeds, without a care that children were out, or others were walking around. It has become a very noisy place to live, crime, disrespectful people shouting and blaring music, without a care that someone might be sleeping. I can smell marijuana in the building (which makes me sick!). I have never used the amenities... , as with the things I observe going on around here, I stay inside my apartment, only to come out to get the mail or leave. It’s like the Wild West living here!

The summit apartments in coldwater are great! They include a gym, pool, and in unit washer and dryer. Convenient to walk right to town if need be, as all the stores are right down the road. Community is very friendly and staff is extremely polite! Place is clean and cozy.
