Churchill Place Apartments

I have only been here for less than half a year, but Churchill Place has been great. Robin in the office is super helpful and very easy to get in contact with. When I first moved in there was a small leak under my bathroom sink and the maintenance crew fixed it the very next morning. The apartments here are very spacious for the price that you pay and you even get a garage! I thought there was going to be a "catch" after I moved in, but so far no catch. We are so impressed with our new home! We began with a virtual tour and then had an actual tour. We were so excited to sign our lease and could hardly wait to move in! We love our large deck with the beautiful landscaping and country view. We also enjoy having our own laundry right off the kitchen. Our 2 bedroom, full baths are wonderfully private for our guests and our visitors can enjoy their own space and join with us when they choose. We have given video tours to our friends overseas and… family and friends here and they are very excited to enjoy our new home as well. The management staff are beyond compare to any complex we have lived in and the maintenance staff prompt, efficient and informative. Our neighbors have been cordial and welcoming. My husband and I lived here for over a year and we didn't have a single complaint. It was so nice to have all the amenities we needed in our unit, like a washer and dryer! The complex is located in a very convenient part of town with stores and groceries just down the road, yet its tucked away from all the noise. We work night shift and we never had a problem with noisy neighbors. The maintenance staff was always quick to respond to any service requests. I've never been sold on apartment living, and am not one that submits reviews. But I felt compelled to about Churchill Place. I absolutely love living here! Wonderful amenities that include a large garage w/opener, and a full size washer and dryer in my home. Everyone that has visited me says it's beautiful, unique and has lots of character. The thing I love most is how VERY quiet it is! They've definitely went above and beyond with soundproofing the buildings. The maintenance staff is friendly,… prompt and professional. A special mention to management (Kim) who made the application process very easy and quick. She has made me feel welcome from day one. She answers all of my silly questions with honesty, patience and professionalism. You're not forgotten about after you sign on the dotted line. The staff here genuinely cares about the community.
