a chance

i live over at river ridge and i was able to move in this month and it’s been nothing but amazing i had an amazing time talking with Dawn and she made everything simple and answered my question but most of all she gave me a chance and that’s what really stuck out she looked at me and what i had going for me and gave me a chance and i’ll never forget that and i have nothing but respect for her and her hard work and gratitude would 10/10 recommend people going through dawn and living in 1 of her 4... apartment complex

Great living community.

We have lived here for a year and we absolutely love Dawn. She helped us every step of the application process. She works very hard to maintain a safe, clean and comfortable environment. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are all very friendly. It is also close to everything Davison and Burton have to offer. I highly recommend this complex.

Silverside Management

I have lived happily at river ridge apartments for over 2 years now. Never had an issue with the old management not even once. Ever since silverside management has taken over I’ve experienced rude attitudes, thoughtless service, and issues with my rent and utilities. If your considering dealing with Siverside management think again.

Nothing exciting to write about.

Same ole over priced apartments and townhouses. Management that doesn't care and doesn't answer the phone. Too busy with her other jobs, leave a message and she will get back to you in a day or two, maybe. The maintenance man does a great job and deserves a raise for what he does, but he is stretched too thin.
