No events or parties are allowed, and failure to comply will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no guests not in the reservation are allowed in the apartment or the building, and failure to comply will result in a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed at the property. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM-8:00 AM daily. Failure to check out at the agreed time causes considerable disruption in cleaning and guest arrival schedules, and in this case you will be charged for the cost of the disruption to the schedules, minimum of $500. Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence. Additionally, lost keys will incur a $200 per key fee. Local residents (within two hours of the property) cannot book for same-day arrival.
