40 Hague

Originally the Packard Automobile Showroom designed by famed Detroit architect Albert Kahn, 40 Hague was transformed into modern, residential lofts that pay homage to the building’s industrial roots.

40 Hague is a two-story building comprised of 38… apartments in a variety of floor plan layouts to suit your needs. There are 2 studios, 28 one-bedroom apartments, and 8 two-bedroom apartments. Each comes equipped with standard appliances, including a washer, dryer, and microwave, and has access to 40 Hague’s shared interior courtyard featuring seating, trees, and planters. Our residents also enjoy easy access to a private park featuring barbecues and green space.
