Unauthorized access to common amenities or lack of prior approval is subject to a fine of $100 per person per day, and any damage to common amenities will incur a charge of a minimum of $150. Only registered guests can use the amenities, and no outsiders or visitors are allowed. CCTVs and 24/7 security monitoring are in place to ensure compliance. The apartment has a zero-tolerance policy for parties and smoking anywhere on the premises, with a $300 fine for smoking violations and a $500 fine for party violations, including legal action and possible eviction without reimbursement.
