Absolutely no smoking is allowed, with a $300 fine for violations. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with a $500 fine for violations. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 fee. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300. Towels and linens should be kept in good condition, and guests should not wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves.
