It’s impossible to get an actual person on the phone, you just have to agree to texting or fight with the voice bot. I was finally able to set up a virtual tour of a studio with a bay window (which I was really excited about) and when I sign into the video link they gave me- nothing. I waited for half an hour and nobody bothered to show up. Very unprofessional as a whole.

The staff was so friendly and helpful, and the building was absolutely beautiful. Angelica was my leasing consultant and she provided outstanding service. This building really has it all. Gorgeous views, great amenities, and historical charm. Not mad about it!
