can’t control your own ac/heat
The heating cooling in this building is on a grid system (you’re in a group of 5ish apts and if 3 want heat there’s no way to use AC and vice versa). So you don’t have autonomy over the temperature in your apartment. I was in an interior unit and my apartment never got below 70 degrees, even when it was below freezing out. In the fall and spring when it was 40s-50s out my unit would be 80 plus degrees and there was nothing I could do about it. Additionally, after I moved out they did not remove... me from the energy bill and I kept being charged for months after my lease had ended.
