I've lived at Kirby Manor for a few years now and my experience has been exceptional! The building is located in a nice part of Midtown Detroit that has more of a residential type feel to it. But it is still within walking distance of the DIA, the Q-Line, and Wayne State University. I used to love my morning walk to class when I attended Wayne State. I would recommend living at Kirby Manor to anyone!

I lived here for a little bit, it got progressively worse. Elevator is always broken, packages are lost, laundry is always broken, and they will raise your rent $200 every year. It’s also totally impossible to contact management, even though they live in the building.
