7/1/2026 Brown Banded Roaches. They are part of the building. Nothing gets rid of them. Doesn’t matter how clean you are, or what you use. It’s so bad the WHOLE BUILDING gets fumigated periodically.
I believe it’s also made worse by the fact that some units are not fully sealed with caulk, and the trash being on each floor is not emptied each day nor kept to a standard of hygiene considering the situation.
It would be Good without that issue. But DO NOT OVERLOOK THIS PROBLEM

Roaches
I have experienced every kind of roach both inside my apartment and in the halls. Management does not treat infestations with any urgency. Please please please beware!!!!! Do not be fooled by the price, it's not worth it. I want to escape as soon as I can.

Poor management
This place is just going down hill fast. I would recommend spending a little more money and go elsewhere.
