Look Elsewhere, bad neighborhood
Down the street from the James Scott is a group of buildings where a lot of folks bring drama/drugs/arrests to the area. A few weeks ago a man was shot across the street from the building, homeless people caused multiple fires at the park across the street which the city has since removed. Many tenants have left. Parking is not included in rent and management have not fixed the gates in almost a year since they (they owner) switched management companies. Showers/toilets and kitchen appliances… are all bottom-line/cheap products. You will get a better quality of living elsewhere.
