Staff are absolute angels

Summeray and Sheila are literally the best. First off, the prices listed for the apartment prices are accurate 100%. The holding fee is what they actually charge which is $200, but it goes towards your move-in costs, and they actually waived our application fees and gave us half off our deposit!! That and they actually answer the phone!

Horrible Apartment Complex

First off I would like to say that it started off okay than everything just went downhill. The neighbors that lived underneath me always blasted they music like they were in the club. I brought this to management several times and nothing was done about it.

Long story short my roof caved in due to water damage. I was living on the 3rd floor come to mind you. I brought this to management attention and nothing was done about it. So I reported it to Section 8 and they gave Top of the Drive a… month to fix the problem. Still it wasn't fixed so Section 8 said they wouldn't pay they part of the rent.

Less than 3 months later I was taken to court and forced to move because management failed to fix my roof. Who in they right mind would pay full rent while your roof is leaking and a huge hole is showing?

Words of advice I give is take your hard earned money somewhere that's appreciated. This is not the place you want to be.

Top of the drive

Grounds are beautiful. Very well kept and maintained. Ms.alicia is very nice and professional did not make me feel any less of a person or renter becauss of my young age. she explained evrything well did everything on a timely matter. showed me the models explained everything to me also. she anwserd every question or concern and gave me reassurance. i cant wait to find if im approved yet. i hope i get in

Top of drive

Haven’t been approved yet, but the grounds were well kept. The property was clean. I have an aunt who stays there and her apartment is very nice and maintained. I met with Ms. Alicia and she was very accommodating and polite. Overall seems like I’ll be making a home here
