Young Women especially DO NOT move here.
I’m currently a Wayne State University student who has lived here with my friends over the past 2 years- never expect for any issues or maintenance to be resolved/fixed. There’s constantly homeless men sleeping/doing drugs/defecating literally in the hallway of the building because they can just get in ( we’ve asked for cameras and the lock on the door doesn’t work and has yet to be fixed after continuous reminder ). Our apartment was broken into over last summer as well and we had all of our... valuables stolen- nothing was done after to make the environment safer. In fact nobody in the building can get packages delivered without signing because they will be stolen- along with your laundry if you use the ones in the basement! There’s always trash littered throughout the parking lot because the bin is ALWAYS overflowing with the apartment next doors trash as well. Constantly men peeking through windows at night time we see on our ring camera. We’ve had maybe 5 different leasing managers since we’ve moved here.
