The place is okay. Nothing extra fancy for the price. Location is the most important thing here. Some neighbors are messy and leave their garage open and it’s a hazard bc of winter and animals and all the garages connect. Salt is almost never happening I had to buy my own salt for my sidewalk but walking on the icy parking lot to the garage is a lawsuit waiting to happen. It’s an ice rink out there always.

Quiet place to live, management staff is nice and works with you. The pool is the best part in the summer for sure! Kids get to run around and have fun, which is great!

The biggest draw of Walkabout Creek is the proximity to Dexter's downtown and the trail.
The front office and maintenance staff are also very kind and responsive.
However, my apartment unit is quite old, and it is noticeable, such as through lack of insulation in the walls and around windows and doors. Also, I can very clearly hear some small creature(s) in my walls.
