The biggest draw of Walkabout Creek is the proximity to Dexter's downtown and the trail.
The front office and maintenance staff are also very kind and responsive.
However, my apartment unit is quite old, and it is noticeable, such as through lack of insulation in the walls and around windows and doors. Also, I can very clearly hear some small creature(s) in my walls.

I’ve never had any problems living here and I’ve been here for 10 Years very pleasant place. And my neighbors are nice. Got lucky but if that’s the case, I’m extremely happy about it. Happy holidays, everybody

I’d recommend to anyone who is looking to live in the Ann Arbor area. Units are spacious, grounds are well kept, and the amenities are a nice feature to have. The community is very friendly and welcoming
