Management not helpful

Great location, neighborhood, neighbors and rent is decent price. Mmgt not so good with repairs and could have had some major damage had I listened to the Manager. She was quite rude, no help and dismissive. They should be greatful I called the right ppl to have the problem fixed before insurmountable damage was done.

Poor Leasing Staff

The property is a steal price-wise, but the leasing staff are rude and unprofessional. I signed a renewal form and sent it to their office mailbox(it was closed during office hours for some reason). I called and was assured they would just sign it and email a copy. I got a copy of it back with the initial price whited out and changed to something higher but still with my signature on it. That is FRAUD! They did not admit to doing anything wrong.

Also, an incident happened in my specific… building that required construction work. Everyone was evacuated but us. The construction has been going on for almost 3 months. The company did not reach out to us and complained about our complaints regarding the construction workers and noise pollution (hammering and banging from 8-5 daily).
