Sharing my positive experience

would like to share my positive experience with Stephanie during my apartment application and move-in process.

I was applying from out of state, so I had a lot of questions and needed guidance throughout the process. Every time I called, Stephanie was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions one by one and always made sure I understood everything clearly.
Moving to a new place can be stressful, but Stephanie made the whole experience so much easier.... Her positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made a huge difference. She helped me not only secure my apartment but also feel comfortable and settled once I moved in.

Great place to live as an MSU student!!

My roommates and I love living here! The proximity to campus and downtown are a key factor in why we chose to live here. In cold weather, having the bus stop right outside our door is amazing as well. We also take full advantage of the in-unit washer and dryer and the gym downstairs - both are amenities we do not take for granted!

Amazing Place!!

Great place to live

Stephanie was a great leasing agent. She was very kind and very sweet. She helped me and gave a great tour and explained all of the amenities here. I love living here, very thankful for a great experience!

Great Place to Live!

Stephanie was extremely helpful throughout my experience and was always available whenever I had questions or needed assistance. She made the leasing process smooth and easy to understand.
