Newman Lofts East Lansing

We were some of the first residents in Newman Lofts almost five years ago. We love the views and the people who live here. It's a community. We are on the edge of a great campus and can walk to restaurants and a Sunday Farmer's Market. Services such as drugstores and groceries, the MSU and EL libraries, PO and banking are also walkable. The Jazz festival, Art Show and Friday night music are just outside the apartment lobby. We can entertain in the beautiful Community Room or out on the… garden-like amenity deck. Jennifer in the office is helpful and plans fun activities for residents, as well. Good place to live.

Newman Lofts

Newman Lofts is a great community of like minded 55+ adults that are active and loving what the area has to offer.
The building amenities are amazing and the location is in the middle of the best mid Michigan has to offer. MSU sports, the Arts, Great restaurants just to name a few.

Fabulous apartments!

If you are looking for an apartment downtown, this is it!!! They have all the amenities you would ever want and more. Beautifully decorated throughout. The staff is polite and pleasant and very accommodating.

I’m so excited for Newman lofts to open in Lansing! I think they will be a great addition to the community and provide great housing and wonderful ammentities!
