About Island City Apartments

We offer spacious two- and three-bedroom apartments! Our property has two-bedroom/two-bathroom units that are 1,012 square feet, and three-bedroom/two-bathroom units that are 1,214 square feet. Oh! You will love the fact that all the rental rates… include the water, sewer, and garbage, bills you will never need to worry about those again! Each of the floor plans offer tons of closet space, washer and dryer in each unit, dishwasher, and garbage disposal, plus much more!
As you can see, there are tons of reasons to visit the property and see for yourself just how nice life can be at Island City. I would love to set a time when you can come out and view the property and go over our rates and income restrictions.
We are taking applications for two & three-bedroom units available now. Tours are available by appointment only. Please call ahead to verify availability.

    DO NOT LIVE HERE

    This place is notorious for going through "managers" and "maintenance workers"every few months. The new "management" being worse than the last. The walls are paper thin so you can hear EVERYTHING going on in your neighbor's apartment.
