I’ll miss Foxpointe

I lived at Foxpointe Townhomes for seven years, and I truly had a wonderful experience. The office staff was always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Every question or concern I had was handled with respect, and I was never made to feel like I was inconveniencing them. The maintenance team was exceptional. Anytime something needed to be repaired, they responded quickly and had it fixed in no time. Their promptness and quality of work always impressed me and gave me peace of mind.… The only reason I moved was because I found my dream home. Otherwise, I would have happily stayed at Foxpointe for many more years. I highly recommend Foxpointe Townhomes to anyone looking for a well-maintained and community with an outstanding staff and maintenance team!

I have lived in Foxpointe Townhomes for 5 years. When I first singed my lease in 1993 I LOVED this place. It met my needs with 3 bedrooms and the awesome schools of North Farmington - It's a great day to be a Raider and Hillside elementary. The leasing agent Sandy is awesome and knows her stuff. She is outgoing, friendly and has honestly become a good friend of mine. The maintenance staff is awesome - always fixing my problems within the same day or next. However, the grounds and general… maintenance of the outside of the units suck!!! I have been told for 5 years they are fixing the landscaping. For 5 years I have purchased my own mulch, grass seed, flowers, etc. My place looks awesome. My 2 neighbors have jumped on the bandwagon and our row of townhomes look amazing. It only takes a few hours and some hard work. Check out the property - you can definitely pick out the people who care about their surroundings.

I'm moving out in August - can't stand the trashy landscaping and the outside look of the units. Is all we need is PAINT!!

PSS - the pictures of the outside do NOT look like this - they are super OLD photos!!!!!
