Non friendly help I went to get lease information and try luck without an appointment to do a quick tour but the lease officer was not very approachable, didn’t even made eye contact or tried to help me. Then I finally made an appointment and she was in a rush. Let me in the apartment and took her 2 minutes to tell me what they offer and was ready to go back to her office

Nonexistent Maintenance Staff Our apartment had numerous issues upon move in including broken a/c and a dishwasher covered in mold. I submitted maintenance requests for these and have not heard from maintenance in one week.

Today, we received a message that maintenance tried to enter but couldn’t. This is a lie, there were two people in the apartment the entire day and no one came.

Not only has maintenance not come to fulfill my 7 requests but they lied about attempting to enter the… apartment. How is it possible our apartment was so poorly prepared for new residents? Does this complex even have maintenance staff?

Best Choice As an adult, I have had 16 residences from New York to California. I chose The Ascent nine years ago and I still have no regrets.
