This loft-style room offers a harmonious blend of rustic charm, comfort, convenience, and safety. It is equipped with a flat-screen TV with Roku devices, a couch and chair on the lower level, controllable wall AC/heat units, lightning-fast Wi-Fi, steamers, a cozy dining area with a small table and chairs, a microwave, a mini fridge & freezer, and a 4-cup coffee maker. Room 2 is an apartment-style room equipped with a full kitchen.
Shared amenities include kayaks (rental fees apply, waiver required), balconies, porch swings, fire pits, beaches, yard games, play structures, loungers, outdoor furniture, and grills. The attached Party Store is stocked with essential items and delightful treats. Ample parking is available with an assigned spot for 2 vehicles per room, and public parking is across the street or next door. A pack-n-play or stair gate is available upon request.

Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. There is a $1000 fine for parties and smoking in the motel room. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Kayaks are available from 8 AM to 7 PM (Memorial Day to November 1st) with rental fees and a waiver required. Firewood is not provided. A non-refundable damage waiver is included in the total cost. Stays over 30 nights require a refundable security deposit if no damages occur (except Airbnb bookings).
