You'll also find controllable wall AC/heat units, lightning-fast Wi-Fi, steamers, a cozy dining area with a small table and chairs/stools, a mini fridge, a microwave, and a 4-cup coffee maker to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. Shared amenities include kayaks, balconies, porch swings, fire pits, beaches, yard games, play structures, loungers, outdoor furniture, and grills.
Ample parking is available, featuring an assigned parking spot per room right in front of the building for 1 vehicle, and there's a public parking lot conveniently situated across the street or next door at the public Lakeside Park. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Parties and smoking are prohibited in the motel room, with a $1000 fine for violations. Any damage caused by guests must be reported to the host immediately and will be the responsibility of the guest to repair or replace. Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may result in additional charges. Fishing is not permitted on the docks. Kayaks are available from 8 AM to 8 PM (Memorial Day to Nov 1st) and require a rental fee and waiver.
